Meeting Minutes 
AGRICULTURAL COMMISSION 
October 15, 2020 
Zoom Meeting 
 
Present: M. Allison, R. Stober, M. Holman, S. Schofeild 
Chair called the meeting to order at 7:05pm.   
 
Public Comment/Open Discussion: K. McClellan received her wildlife rehabilitators license. 
 
-Farmers Market report:  M. Allison reported market has finished for the year.  There were 22 
vendors for last market and there was very good attendance.   
-Economic Development Comm. Appointment mentioned.   
-Draft flyer discussion included target audience, form and format, then turned to discussion of 
OML and how it restricts working together outside open meetings. 
-Social media discussion:  M. Holman mentioned she is admin for ‘Lunenburg horse community’ 
facebook page.  R. Stober mentioned Rutland has a ‘Friends of the Rutland Agricultural 
Commission’ facebook page.  Further discussion was had on how to provide a social media 
presence within the restrictive OML requirements. 
 
Next meeting set for November 19, 2020. 
 
R, Stober moved to adjourn, M. Holman 2nd.  Roll call, all aye.  Adjourned at 7:30pm.
