Meeting Minutes 
AGRICULTURAL COMMISSION 
March 18, 2021 
Zoom Meeting 
 
Present: M. Allison, J. Marzuca, G. Burns, M. Holman, K. McClellan, S. Schofield, Y. Fusaro, M. 
Fontaine 
Chair called the meeting to order at 7:03pm.   
 
Public Comment/Open Discussion: G. Burns updated us on Cherry Hill Farm.  S. Schofield 
inquired about the letter about farm complaints.  M. Allison replied he had still not sent the letter.   
 
-Update vendor application for 2021 season:  Managers M. Fontaine and Y. Fusaro ran through 
the suggested changes that included starting a week later, ending markets ½ hour earlier, and 
fee reduction.  Entertainment will be sought, but no compensation provided.  All in favor of the  
2021 application revisions by roll call, all aye. 
 
Public Comment/Open Discussion: M. Allison stated that the farmers market season is fast 
approaching and we need to confirm and organize with the management team. 
 
Next meeting set for April 15, 2021. 
 
J. Marzuca moved to adjourn, G. Burns 2nd.  Roll call, all aye.  Adjourned at 7:32pm.
