Additionally, Ashley York as not been in attendance to a 
meeting since June 2023 and has not been sworn in at 
the Clerk's office, so the commission would also like to 
post her position as a vacancy  
  
Drafted letter for farmer outreach. Jen made a motion to 
approve the letter content to formalize and distribute to 
Lunenburg farming community. Maryrae seconded. 
Commission unanimously approved.
