  MVP Action Grant - Letter of Support to 
participate in grant 
Ryan made a motion to approve the letter in support of 
Lunenburg participating in the MVP Grant. Maryrae 
seconded. Commission unanimously approved. 
  100 Townsend Harbor Rd - Debrief  Reviewed Procedure for Chapter 61 Properties ROFR 
  Lunenburg Farmers' Market - Review 
applications received to date, New Signs 
Reviewed applications for the following vendors: 
• Maggies Munchies 
• Whitmarz Farm 
• Wildflower Bakery 
• Snowplace Farm 
Maryrae makes a motion to approve Whitmarz Farm and 
Snowplace Farm. Conditional approval of Wildflower 
Bakery and Maggie's Munchies upon providing Farmers' 
Market Permit from the NABOH. Ryan seconded.
