Meeting Minutes 
 
APDC Meeting Minutes, April 26, 2016 
 
 
Present: Richard McGrath, Jim LaVeck, Brian Corcoran 
Absent: Cullen Dwyer, Matthew Kehrer 
 
Meeting called to order at 7:07PM 
Selectman Ebersole was present to remind Committee of Town Meeting Warrant Article 42 
specific to proposed changes to the Bylaw and suggested if any further changes were  
required, to bring them up at Town Meeting or provide to him prior to Town Meeting. 
Kathy Herrick, Town Clerk, was on hand to swear in new member Matthew Kehrer but left after 
meeting called to order and Mr. Kehrer absent. 
No review of minutes from prior meeting - review and approval tabled until next meeting. 
No public comment. 
No new business. 
Under Old Business: 
       Committee reviewed draft of Cellars and Foundations section of the Guidelines prepared  
by Mr. Corcoran.  Mr. LaVeck moved to accept as written, second by Mr. Corcoran. Approved  
unanimously. 
      Committee reviewed draft of Roof section of the Guidelines prepared by Mr. LaVeck.  Mr.  
LaVeck moved to accept with minor changes discussed, second by Mr. Corcoran. Approved  
unanimously. 
      Committee reviewed and discussed APDC procedural flow chart prepared by Mr. Corcoran.   
Multiple changes required for review in the following meeting. 
       Mr. McGrath will check in with Building Inspector regarding "temporary buildings" to gain 
additional insight to advise Committee on "time and size limits" to impose, but we know 
buildings 10' x 20' do not require a permit. 
 
Next meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 17 at 7:00PM in the Ritter Building. 
Meeting adjourned at 8:45PM.
