Meeting Minutes: Tuesday July 5th, 2016 
 
 
7:07 meeting called to order by chair Richard McGrath with Jim LaVeck, Cullen Dwyer and 
Brian Corcoran present.  
 
Approval of Minutes: 
LaVeck motioned to accept minutes as presented for the 6-14-16 meeting.  Unanimously 
accepted. 
 
New Business: none 
 
Old business:  
Reviewed draft of guidelines on Demo by neglect.  The board required revisions, which Mr. 
Dwyer agreed to provide. 
 
Reviewed most recent version of flow-chart, presented by mr. Corcoran.  Minor revisions were 
proposed.  Dwyer motioned to accept it with the minor revisions, LaVeck seconded and the 
motion carried. 
 
Discussed progress on the guideline sections covering windows and doors, and sheathing. 
 
McGrath reported that he had requested a proposal from the owner at 10 Whiting rd, but had 
still not heard back from him as yet.  The owner of that property allegedly intends to remove an 
entry vestibule and restore the original entrance to the house.  The project as described has met 
with the board’s approval. 
 
Reviewed requirements for the application form, which McGrath will complete. 
 
Corcoran agreed to draw up a form for a Certificate to alter. 
 
LaVeck agreed to speak to Steve Malandrinos to get a web page for the APDC, where the 
public could review the guidelines and contact the board. 
 
The board set a goal for September to have a draught of the guidelines available the public. 
 
Next meeting: set for Tuesday July 19th at 7PM 
 
8:05 Corcoran motioned to adjourn, Dwyer seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
