Meeting Minutes 
Tuesday, July 19, 2016 
 Location: Ritter Memorial Building 
 
Call to Order: McGrath called the meeting to order at 7:07 
 
Review of Minutes: Minutes from July 5th, 2016 were reviewed.  LaVeck motioned to accept 
them and McGrath seconded the motion.  The motion carried unanimously. 
 
Old business:   
The APDC accidentally held an irregular meeting on June the 14th.  The meeting had not been 
officially posted, and official business should not have taken place.  Items from that irregular 
meeting were again raised at this meeting and voted on: 
Approval of minutes from 3-29-16 
Approval of minutes from 5-24-16 
Acceptance of a revised draft of Section 1 for the Guidelines 
Acceptance of a draft on temporary building for the Guidelines 
Dwyer motioned to accept all four items, La Veck seconded and the motion carried 
unanimously. 
 
LaVeck presented a final version of the flowchart outlining the process of applying for a 
certificate to alter.  Keher motioned to accept it into the guidelines and the motion carried 
unanimously. 
 
Dwyer presented revised drafts of guidelines for windows and doors, and also for demolition by 
neglect.  LaVeck motioned to accept them, Corcoran seconded and the motion carried 
unanimously. 
 
Adjournment: at 8:30PM, McGrath motioned to adjourn.  The motion was seconded by Corcoran 
and carried unanimously.
