The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richard  McGrath at 7PM.   
 
Present:  McGrath, Corcoran, Dwyer 
 
APPROVAL- Minutes:  Motion to approve minutes of November 8th, 2016, by  McGrath, seconded by Corcoran, minutes 
approved and signed. 
 
NEW BUSINESS:

OLD BUSINESS: 
Reviewed rules and Guidelines Draft.  McGrath motio ned to nominate Dwyer as contact to Adam Burney to begin reviewing 
revisions-, Corcoran seconded and the motion carrie d.
