Meeting Minutes
Tuesday April 11th, 2017
Ritter Memorial Building
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Richard McGrath at 7:04PM.
Present: McGrath, Corcoran, LaVeck and Dwyer
Approval of Minutes: Motion to approve minutes of March 2ist, 2017 passed unanimousiy.
NEW BUSINESS:
Matthew Kehrer has agreed to resign from the board due to other commitments of his time.
The commission agreed to draught a letter to be sent to all the people of the APDC, informing them that there are new rules
regarding the use of their property.
OLD BUSINESS:
The Commission reviewed Land Use Director Adam Burney's critique of the rules and guidelines, and agreed on how to amend
them. LaVeck made a motion that the commission accept the amended rule and guidelines for public hearing. Corcoran
seconded the motion and it carried
MEETING SCHEDULE: April 16th, 2017, for regular meeting and public hearing.
