Call to Order: At 7:30 PM  
Present: Chairman Sculimbrene, Lloyd, McGrath, Lockwood

New Business: 
 
1) New Committee Member 
a. Asked Kim Duffy if she has any interest in joining the commission. No response as of time of 
this meeting. 
b. Asking for members to help recruit 
 
Old Business: 
 
1) Lunenburg Master Plan 
a. Very informative, mostly an older demographic at the earlier meeting time.  Biggest consensus is 
keeping the rural farm nature of Lunenburg. 
2) Work Plan for FY 23/24 
a. Guidelines need to be reviewed by all members and inputs/changes are requested.  
i. Looking for confirmation from Town Clerk on if fees are required and if so,  who sets 
those rules 
1. Does that tie to admin fees for needed extra work to happen 
2. Can we use the fee to pay for formal publication for public notice  
ii. Abutters list requirement change, reducing the need of notification to as needed, deemed 
by APDC after review. 
b. Want to vote on new guidelines at March meeting. 
3) 50 Main Street 
a. An example of demolition by neglect, next step according to the by-laws would be to formally 
request presence at our APDC meeting to discuss the neglect before it leads to further damage to 
the structure.
