Call to Order: At 7:31 PM

1) October 17, 2024 - Motion to approve by Member Lloyd, seconded by Sculimbrene, Approved by all 
present, Minutes Approved!

1) Brook’s House Warrant passed 
a. What are the next steps, set up a conversation with Carter Teranzini to map out ways to help 
b. Would a call to local business owners for their take on the property 
i. Need to maintain a fair practices with no expectations – timing will be key to these 
notifications 
c. Need to have stipulation in place to ensure after sale it does not sit un-used / left to demo by 
neglect i.e Performance bond 
  
2) Lunenburg Municipal Planning Committee 
a. Only one proposal received, second proposal arrived late. 
i. Number of questions drafted to  
ii. Interviews set up for next week, will feel out capabilities (Historical experience highly 
desired) 
3) Ritter Memorial Renovations 
a. Only window replacement and exterior repairs associated Phase one (closing date 27 Nov)  
b. Roof and gutters are Phase two (closing date 27 Nov) 
 
4) APDC – Historical Commission Merger – still a priority 
 
5) 50 Main Street – Member Lockwood will have an update for the December meeting

6) Town Master Plan – Delayed  
 
a. Survey currently on the web site, encourage all town members to take survey  
b. Have identified 10 goals/objectives and how to achieve these goals.
