Attendees: Sarah Cammer, Bryant Moscon, Board Members; and Brian Fernandes,  
                    Principal Assessor 
 
Call to Order: 7:15 p.m. 
 
 
EXECUTIVE SESSION: 
 
• Board reviewed and motioned to approve 1 Clause 17E/Senior exemption 
applications. 
 
• Board reviewed and motioned to approve 1 Clause 41D/Senior exemption 
applications. 
 
• Board reviewed and motioned to approve 6 Clause 22/Veterans exemption 
applications. 
 
• Board reviewed and motioned to approve 1 Clause 22D/Veterans exemption 
application. 
 
• Board reviewed and motioned to approve 2 Clause 22E/Veterans exemption 
applications. 
 
• The Board was made aware that an administrative error was made during the 
notification of an Exemption Denial.  The incorrect notification form was sent to 
the tax payer.  The correct form will be presented to the Board for signing at the 
next upcoming meeting.
