LUNENBURG BOARD OF HEALTH 
MEETING MINUTES 
Monday, June 1, 2026 
 
The Board of Health met at 4:30 pm at the Ritter Memorial Building  
 
Members Present:  Perry Jewell, Matt Proctor, Lorraine Rudd and Paul Fortin 
 
MINUTES APPROVED 
 
May 18, 2026 
 
On motion by Rudd and second by Fortin the minutes were approved.  All in favor. 
 
174 ISLAND ROAD 
 
Matt Proctor Sr., owner, met with the board.  This is new construction.  A Geomat system is proposed.  
Lunenburg has a local regulation that requires that all Innovative Systems (IA Systems) be approved by 
the board. 
 
After discussion, and an acknowledgement that the system is approved by DEP, motion made by Fortin 
and roll call vote as follows: 
 
Fortin – Yes 
Rudd – Yes 
Jewell – Yes 
Proctor – recuse. 
 
The variance was approved.
