1. Call to Order: Meeting called to order 6:04pm
2. Attending: Rob Bowen, Nancy Gray, Cathy Hennessy, Michelle Smith, Kathy Herrick
3. Public Comment: None
4. Minutes of each meeting after approval should be sent to IKlaft@lunenburgonline.Com
5. Review of 3/10/16 meeting minutes. Chair entertained motion to approve minutes.
Seconded by Ms. Hennessy. All attending voted to approve minutes.
6. Reviewed final letter prepared and distributed by K. Herrick via mailboxes to each Town
Department.
7. Chairman shared copies of Town Charter with each member.
8. Review of Bylaws & Charter.
a. Articles 2-Bylaw committee recommendation in Section 2 to infer a timeline for
town committee minutes review and posting. Transmission of approved minutes
should follow state law.
b. Article 2 Section 8-move to amend.
c. Article 2 Section 12-move to amend to refer to Massachusetts General Law
d. Committee spent time discussing collection of fees and licenses.
e. Article 2 Section 13-section is missing numbers (dance halls).
f. Recommendation to compare Charter to ByLaws.
g. Article S-recommend amending language reference to "man" or "men" to. gender
neutral language.
h. Article 5. Chair will follow-up with Police and Highway Departments around
enforceable Public Ways language.
i. Plan to review Articles 6-9 at next meeting April 14.

attending voted to adjourn. Meeting adjourned.
