Meeting Minutes
Thursday August 4, 2016, 6рm
1. Call to Order: Meeting called to order 6:10pm

Attending: Rob Bowen, Nancy Gray, Cathy Hennessy, Michelle Smith, Kathy Herrick
3. Public Comment: None
4. Review of Minutes from May 12*' meeting. K. Herrick entertained motion to approve
minutes. Second by N. Gray. All attending voted to approve minutes.
5. Chair presented revised letter to accompany ByLaw Review Committee
recommendations.
6. Committee discussion followed on making the final Bylaw recommendations flow
consistently and allow each Article recommendation to stand alone in form and format.
7. Chair shared request from Board of Selectment Bob Ebersole to have Bylaw Review
Committee review the Adoption of Regulations proposed by Conservation Commission.
a. Committee reviewed proposal.
b. Discussion was followed by a motion to "not adopt this new regulation" called by
K. Herrick. Second by C. Hennessey.
c. All attending voted unanimously in favor of not adopting regulation proposed.
8. Next meeting scheduled in one week to finalize ByLaw recommendations. August 10 at
6:30pm.
9. Adjourn. Motion to adjourn ly Chair at 7:05pm. Second by M. Smith. All attending
voted to adjourn. Meeting adjourned.
