Motion to change all references of Board of Selectmen to "Select
Board". (motion S.Archambault, 2nd D. Christen, Approved unanimous)
Motion to accepted following amendments (D.Christne, 2nd N.Gray
passed
• Substitute in all instances Vacancies to "the successor shall be
appointed by the Select Board to serve the balance of the
unexpired term" found with in the by laws. (ie. 12-3).
