  Open Space Committee were informed that the Bylaw Review Committee would not move forward until 
the fall with its recommendations/proposals 
  Discussed plan for fall proposals to include 
1. Housekeeping – editorial/admin changes 
2. Substance changes to each be proposed separately 
  Discussed the Right to Farm bylaw recently approved for the town of Douglas to extend similar 
statements to non-commercial farming activities
