1. Meeting Called to order at 5:00 by Mr. McQuaid
2. Public Comment - Mr. Passios expressed the need to limit borrowing and pay down Town debt.

3. Status update on FY 2019 Capital plan projects:
Portable Classrooms Demolished complete
Police vehicles ordered
Police protective gear in process
ATV Police ordered
Patrol boat Police ordered
Phone System School Dep near completion pending final invoice
Asbestos Remediation School Dep complete pending final invoice
2 utility pickups DPW ordered
Ladder Truck Fire Department in process
Some projects may be funded thru grants. Mr. Passios suggested moving alternative funding amounts to the Ladder
Truck to reduce debt. At the Special Town Meeting where to put the grant dollars will be discussed.
4. Discussed FY 2020-2029 Capital plan for school. Heather Lemieux asked for a list of questions for John Londa
5. FY 2020-2024 Capital planning process. The Google doc needs to be updated within the next two weeks.
6. Timeline to issue CIP forms and due dates for Capital reviews:

7. Minutes approved for 1/9/2018 and 1/23/2018
