1. Meeting Called to order at 5:02 by Mr. McQuaid

3. Changes to Capital Spreadsheet:
No Tabs 1 spread sheet FY20 to FY24
Reason for capital request (safety, efficiency) will be added to the work sheet
Requests that have been funded need to be taken off work sheet
Requests will be listed once on the spread sheet in the original year requested
4. Revised spread sheet will be ready for review next week. John Henshaw will make the changes and will be
looking for feedback. Projects will be valued as a percentage of the capital budget.
5. Minutes from 10/2/2018 approved with changes.
