Public Comment: Mr. Passios asked about the procedure the Capital committee will use to prioritize the capital requests. The Committee responded that Heather Lemieux would like to use the Collins Center Scoring method to prioritize the requests. 3. Jack Rodriquenz reviewed the Capital requests for the DPW with the Committee. Jack reviewed the issues the DPW Department is current facing due to a shortage in staffing. This has been a major reason projects have not been completed. Extra funds are required for engineers and architects and have extended the time period required for projects to be completed. The DPW Director discussed two capital projects. The first capital request from the DPW is $36,000 to refur- bish the Wallis Park basketball court and the fencing around the court. No additional Capital requests were made due to the need to finish current projects. The fuel tank removal and replacement project will require a capital expenditure of $220,000. No Vehicles required for FY20. Jack handed out a copy of the VERTEX report that lists Facility repairs that need to be done within one year. The community needs to decide what the Facility plan will be before the DPW can prioritize projects. 4. Jack Rodriquenz and John Henshaw discussed some changes that need to be made to the Capital Spreadsheet. 5. The Committee approved minutes from the 11/6 meeting. 6.
