1. Meeting Called to order at 5:15 by Mr. McQuaid
2. Public comment none
3. The total in capital requests from departments for the FY2020 Capital Plan totaled $2,853,100.00 and the
Town Manager provided an amount of $1,684,000 in available funding for FY2020. The Capital Planning
Committee reviewed the requests and prioritized projects to meet the total in available funding. Projects that
were not included were the repairs to town facilities based on the Vertex Year 0-1 report totaling $1,119,000.00
and the Master Plan request was cut from $100,000 to $50,000.00. The available funding target of
$1,684,100.00 was achieved with these reductions.
4. The Capital Planning Committee reviewed priorities discussed at the previous meeting (12/04/2018) and
made changes.
5. Minutes from 11/06/2018 and 11/27/2018, changes needed and will be sent to Heather Lemieux for final re-
view with Heather Sroka and Damon McQuaid.
