4. Review of the Vertex Reports for Town Hall, Ritter, Old Primary, TC Passios, Brooks
The Committee examined line items listed in the Vertex Report to determine applicability to the capital
plan. Mr. McQuaid expressed his desire to have building envelope maintenance projects such as
roofing, masonry repair, and replacing of sealants included in the capital plan. The board determined
that none of the vertex projects should be added to the FY 21 plan but should be considered in the

All FY21 Requests were considered and ranked both using the Collins Center scoring method and
against Committee members opinions. Public safety projects were given added consideration. Attached
please find a table listing FY 21 projects with both the Collins Center Scores and CPC Ranking.
