Meeting was called to order by Chairman May at 6:30 PM. Other members 
present were Lorraine Mendoza and William Tyler. The purpose of this meeting 
was to discuss upcoming meeting with the Historical Commission concerning 
our application for demolition of the Cemetery Building on Holman St. After 
discussing the application, the meeting was reconvened at 7:00 PM at the Ritter 
Library for a joint meeting with the Historical Commission. 
 
Chairman May expressed his opinion on the applicability of any delay in 
demolition based on the buildings current condition. He further added that 
building maintenance falls under the jurisdiction of the DPW and nothing has 
been done in the way of preventative maintenance for many years. 
 
Historical Commission Chair Lantry, after hearing the Commission arguments 
for demolition, stated that they would take our request under advisement and 
render their decision as to the applicability of the 6 Month Demolition Delay 
Protocol. 
 
A date of Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 7:00 PM was set for that determination. 
 
Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM
