Joint Meeting with Historical Commission 
August 7, 2018 
7:00 PM 
Ritter Memorial Library 
 
Meeting called to order by Chair Lantry at 7:00 PM. Cemetery Commission 
members present were Lorraine Mendoza and William Tyler. After a review of 
our arguments for demolition, Chair Lantry made a motion to approve the 
demolition request with out a 6 month delay. This motion was passed 
unanimously. The only request that the Historical Commission had was for the 
Cemetery Commission to attempt to find a taker for the building for removal or 
dismantling. The Cemetery Commission agreed to that request and will 
undertake an effort to try and give the building away. 
 
Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM
