Cemetery Commission Meeting 
Wednesday, January 5, 2022 – 10.00 am 
Via Zoom 
 
 
 
In attendance Chairman William Tyler, Vice Chairman Nancy Foss-Yasko, Member 
David Dorren and Director of DPW Robert Oliva.   
 
 
Meeting was brought to order by Chairman William Tyler at 10:00am  
 
DPW Director Oliva discussed the Budget for the Cemetery Commission.  Chairman 
Tyler and Vice Chair Yasko had questions regarding the overtime of the Cemetery 
Superintendent.  Member Dorren had questions on the Purchase of Services vs. 
the Supplies.  Chairman Tyler suggested that the $500 for Burials on Saturdays to 
go into the overtime account. Director Oliva answered said questions to the 
satisfaction of the members.  
 
 
Member Dorren made a motion to approve the minutes of the last 2 meetings.   
Minutes of last 2 meetings were approved 3-0 
 
 
Meeting adjourned at 10:27am
