Minutes 
Cemetery Commission Meeting 
Tuesday, March 1, 2022 @ 6:30 PM 
Via Zoom 
 
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tyler at 6:30 PM, with 
Commissioners Yasko and Dorren present. The minutes from the January 5, 2022 
meeting were reviewed and approved.  
 
After a short discussion on the ATM article, it was duly motioned to approve the 
warrant article for the appropriation of $10,000.00 from the Sale of Lots account 
for our yearly expenditures and cemetery improvements. Chairman Tyler will 
submit the article to the Selectboard.  
 
Also, the complete revision of the Rules and Regulations was discussed, and 
Chairman Tyler said that he would have a preliminary draft ready for our April 
meeting. 
 
The Commission also decided to begin meeting in person until such time as it 
requires us to meet remotely. 
 
With no other items on the agenda, it was duly motioned to adjourn and 
approved. Meeting was adjourned at 7:05 PM.
