Cemetery Commission Meeting 
Tuesday, February 14, 2023 
 
 
Meeting was called to order at 1:10pm.  In attendance was Chairman Bill Tyler, Vice 
Chairperson Nancy Foss-Yasko, Clerk David Dorren and DPW Director Bill Bernard 
 
 
DPW Director Bill Bernard discussed the Advertising of 2 part time positions for this 
coming year to help Superintendent Todd Holman at the Cemeteries. 
 
 
Chairman Bill Tyler mentioned a change to the Cemetery Commission letter that is done 
on a yearly basis.  Said letter goes to the Director of Public Works and to the Town 
Manager/Board of Selectmen.  The only change was the Seasonal Laborers part of the 
letter.  Vice Chairperson Nancy Foss-Yasko made a motion to change that part of the 
letter; 2nd by Clerk David Dorren  Approved 3-0  
 
 
Chairman Bill Tyler discussed the Revised Cemetery Rules and Regulations that the 
Cemetery Commission proposed and that the Director of DPW with the cooperation of 
the Superintendent requested changes to.  The Cemetery Commission reviewed all 32 
requested changes.  Some of the changes were implemented and approved by the 
Cemetery Commission.  
 
 
Motion made to adjourn at 3pm by Vice Chairperson Nancy Foss-Yasko, Seconded by 
Clerk David Dorren  Passed  3-0     Adjourned at 3pm 
 
 
Next meeting scheduled for Thursday March 16th at 1pm
