Minutes 
Cemetery Commission Meeting 
Thursday April 27, 2023 
 
 
Meeting was called to order at 2:03pm.  In attendance was Chairman Bill Tyler, Vice 
Chairperson Nancy Foss-Yasko, Clerk David Dorren.   
DPW Director Bill Bernard attended this meeting. 
 
 
Vice Chairperson Nancy Foss-Yasko made the motion to accept the minutes of March 16, 
2023.  Clerk David Dorren seconded the motion.  Motion passed 3-0 
 
 
Bill Bernard stated the land on West Street is still being worked on with the Town 
Attorney’s.  
 
 
Chairman Bill Tyler stated that Cemetery Rules and Regulations Chapter 310-1  
(Fee’s and Charges) should be looked at again and should be revised regarding the list 
of lettering and symbols engraved on the Urns on the Columbarium.  The Commission 
looked at the Chapter and made changes.  Motion passed 3-0 to approve changes. 
 
 
Cemetery Commission tabled putting camera(s) in North Cemetery.  Motion passed 3-0 
 
 
Motion made by Vice Chairperson Nancy Foss-Yasko to adjourn the meeting at 3:40pm.  
Seconded by Chairman Bill Tyler.  Motion passed 3-0 
 
 
Next meeting scheduled for May 25, 2023 at 1pm.
