Cemetery Commission Meeting
Thursday May 25, 2023
Meeting was called to order at 1:08pm. In attendance was Vice-Chairperson Nancy
Foss-Yasko, Clerk David Dorren and Member Stanley Barney.
No Public Comment
No DPW Updates
David Dorren made the motion to accept the minutes of April 27, 2023. Vice-
Chairperson Nancy Foss-Yasko seconded the motion. Motion passed 2-0
Rules and Regulations were tabled till the June 15th meeting so they can be discussed
with DPW Director Bill Bernard.
The current budget and the Fiscal 2024 budget were reviewed along with the Balance
sheet and the Projected Projects including:
The Fish Cemetery Iron Gate with the stone wall - TBD
The South Cemetery; Monty Tech will install the apron for the South Cemetery
North Cemetery has $4,100 for new burial site. Stan mentioned that that the site was
laid out into grids in the 1990's. Stan to try to see if he can find the records for the next
meeting.
David Dorren made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:28pm. Nancy Foss-Yasko
seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0
Next meeting scheduled for June 15, 2023 at 9am.
