1. Stand for Pledge of Allegiance. 
2. Review and Approve Minutes from April 24, 2025 meeting. 
Mike Clark made a motion to approve the minutes of April 24, 2025, Donna Landry

4. Future Meeting Schedule was discussed – All members are available on the 3rd Thursday 
of each month, at 6:00pm. 
Vice Chair David Dorren to check with the library on conference room availability. 
 
5. Public Comment 
No comment from the public 
Mike Clark mentioned funds for flowers for Memorial Day being approved. David Dorren 
responded that the DPW would cover, and the Cemetery Commission would cover the 
costs for the fall. 
 
6. Adjourn
