Agenda 
6:00 PM – Call to Order 
 
1. Stand for Pledge of Allegiance. 
 
2. Review and Approve Lakeview Invoice for planting flowers for Memorial Day. 
Mike Clark made a motion to approve the payment of the invoice from Lakeview Landscaping in the 
amount of $560.00, Donna Landry seconded – AIF 
Dave Dorren to submit approved Invoice to Town Hall on Monday, 7, 2025 
Invoice signed by Mike Clark, Dave Dorren, Donna Landry 
 
3. Review and approve the error in the date April 23, 2025 meeting to corrected date of April 24, 
2025.  
Motion/Second 
Mike Clark made a motion to approve the change of date, Donna Landry seconded – AIF 
 
4. Review/update on the backlot expansion – Bill Barnard was not available to discuss the following:  
a) Survey or maps of North & South Cemetery. b) Which trees will be removed. c) When will Dillis & 
Roy Civil Design Group be coming in to review back-lot so that the Commission can be there also. 
d) What should be done about the stumps. f) Review of mowing. g) What percentage of North 
Cemetery is wooded area. 
 
5. Items for next Agenda: a) Grants. b) Discussion of stone wall going all the way around c.) Review 
of frontage of North Cemetery 
 
6. Vice Chair David Dorren motioned to adjourn, Chair Mike Clark seconded, voted AIF
