Reviewed and approved minutes from meeting on July 30, 2025. Vice-Chair David Dorren motioned we approve the prior minutes, Clerk Donna Landry seconded, AIF 3.) Reviewed account funds and expenditures including: *Memorial Day Flowers * Fireproof File Cabinet *CIMS Software *North Cemetery Backlot Expansion *North Cemetery Stonewall Repair *North Cemetery Roadside Trimming & Front hedges 6.) Vice-Chair David Dorren and the committee discussed placing an Article on the Town Warrant to request the Transfer of $10,000.00 from our Sale of Lots Fund 8115 to our Capital Article Fund 3006. Vice-Chair David Dorren motioned to transfer the $10,000.00 to our Capital Article Fund, Clerk Donna Landry seconded, AIF . 7.) DPW Department Director Bill Bernard and Cemetery Superintendent Todd Holman informed us that engineering was out this week reviewing the elevation on the North Cemetery Backlot expansion, some wetlands were flagged, and we should expect a preliminary plan sometime within the next 4-6 weeks. 8.) Bill Bernard and Todd Holman also informed us that the replacement shrubs were received and planted in front of the North Cemetery. Agreed we needed to trim every two years to keep them looking their best. 9.) Vice-Chair Dave Dorren made a motion that we approve the $7500 cost of trimming the hedges for the North Cemetery by Beaulac Brothers, Clerk Donna Landry seconded, AIF . 10.) Flailing completed (trimming overhanging trees/shrubs/branches over the stone walls next to cemetery internal roadways) in both North and South Cemeteries. 11.) Todd Holman reviewed and discussed necessary headstone repairs for Fish Street Cemetery, adult and children’s headstones, and headstone in South Cemetery. Plaques will need to be inscribed by Leominster Monument/Vitelli Monument. 12.)
