===PAGE 1=== LUNENBURG CEMETERY COMMISSION Meeting Minutes - Thursday, March 26, 2026– 6:00PM Lunenburg Public Library – Sudolnik Conference Room 6:02 Meeting started. 6:03: All rose for the Pledge of Allegiance. 6:03: David Dorren made a motion to start the meeting, Donna Landry seconded the motion, AIF . 6:06: David Dorren made motion to approve minutes of December 19, 2025 – North Cemetery and February 26, 2026, seconded by Donna Landry, AIF . - Dec 11, 2025 meeting minutes – Prelim review 6:07: Budget expenditures and review, 6:09 David Dorren made a motion to put flowers in front of North and South cemeteries for Memorial Day from Lakeview Nurseries, DLL seconded, AIF 6:15 Discussion of if we should make a motion for transfer of use of this years expenditures for 20K for sale of lots, for embellishments. David Dorren made a motion that we want to transfer 20k from sale of lots for embellishment, Donna Landry seconded, AIF 6:30 Bill Bernard presented the Design Cost estimates and plan for the North Cemetery backlot expansion. In-depth discussion of cost of projected work for the addition to North Cemetery as costs were higher than expected. Bill - DPW to go back to Dillis and Roy to see where we can decrease costs. 7:00: DPW rehiring 2 part time workers. 7:02: David Dorren made a motion to approve plaque for Fish Street; Donna Landry seconded the motion. AIF 7:06: Todd Holman handed out a recommendation on Rules updates, Review of Cemetery Rules to be reviewed by Commission and discussed at next meeting. 7:15: Scott Watson owned an 8-lot cremation plot, 3UC, which was donated back to the town to be used for hardship. Since we already have an existing 8 lot donation for hardship, 29UC, we decided to take the Cremation Lot area that the Commission donated and use Scott’s name as the donator. Now we can resell 3UC. David Dorren made a motion to accept 5UC lots from Watson, and exchange 29UC for 5UC, Donna Landry seconded, AIF . 7:19: Next meeting April 23, 2026 7:19: Mike Clark made a motion to adjourn, Donna Landry seconded the motion, AIF . 17 Main Street, P.
