Also, correction of verbiage from John Bowen championing to coordinate on page 2. David Dorren made a motion to approve the minutes; Donna Landry seconded the motion. AIF 3.) Review of minutes of May 15th, David Dorren made a motion to approve the minutes, Donna Landry seconded the motion. AIF 4.) Review of minutes of May 15th & June 5th, David Dorren made a motion to approve the minutes, Donna Landry seconded the motion. AIF 5.) Dave Rodgers, of 82 Highland Street came to meeting to thank all for the upkeep of the cemetery and its improvement. 6.) Mike Clark gave recognition and appreciation to John Bowen Jr., Todd Holman, The Scouts, Marines, Bill Barnard and the Cemetery commission for their eƯorts in Flag Burning Day. 7.) Discussed some of the issues and concerns on how to get messages out and posted from the Cemetery Commission on FB and Discussing Lunenburg. 17 Main Street, P. O. Sims Cloud annual maintenance $2961, is it worth getting a license for Cemetery Division. We do not have access to the death certificates. Were we downgraded the year before? Mike Clark to find out through Brandon Fiinley. Donna Landry to contact Brandon Finley and get a breakdown on costs. Our copy vs. the DPW, breakdown, $1200 viewing of GIS for public viewing. Is ours read only? When was it changed? 9.) Discussed the possibility of renting Mausoleum to funeral homes, who have requested the space. 10.) David Dorren made a motion to allocate $45K - from the “Sale of Lots Fund” to DPW, for the North Cemetery Back Lot expansion, Donna Landry seconded the motion, AIF . 11.) DPW currently has 3 part time workers, and a volunteer, and also receives assistance from participants from the Worcester County SheriƯ’s OƯice Community Service Program. 12.) Todd Holman discussed fixing the Levi Jr. headstone at the Fich Street Cemetery. 13.) David Dorren made a motion to pay $3500 invoice to Leominster Monument; Donna Landry seconded the motion AIF . Invoice approved by commission and given back to Todd Holman to bring to Town Hall on Monday. 14.) Discussed increase of lot fees. David Dorren made a motion to increase lot sale fees, Donna Landry seconded the motion AIF , (Single lot fee, two lot minimum, $1200.00 $750.00 to Sale of lots Fund, $450.00 to Perpetual Care Fund, $500 full body burial, $300 cremation, $300 Niche wall).
