The Lunenburg Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on 2025-05-07 at 7:00 P.M to hear and 
review: 
An application for REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY, pursuant to MGL. Ch. 131 
s. 40 as amended, and the Town of Lunenburg Wetlands Protection Municipal Bylaws, 
by RENE RAINVILLE, 
for INSTALLATION OF A WELL AND WATERLINE, INCLUDING WORK WITHIN THE 100 FT 
AND 50 FT BUFFER ZONE OF A WETLAND RESOURCE AREA.
