40 as amended, and the Town of Lunenburg Wetlands Protection Municipal Bylaws, 
by 60 CROSS STREET REALTY TRUST - 2012, 
for RECONFIGURING THE DESIGN OF THE PROPOSED SINGLE-FAMILY HOME ALONG WITH 
ASSOCIATED SITE FEATURES TO A SMALLER FOOTPRINT.
