Pursuant to MGL ch 131, s 40 as amended and the Tow n of Lunenburg Wetlands 
Protection and Municipal Bylaws there will be a pub lic hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by 
Martin/Cathi-Ann Thomas (Daniel Wolfe, David E. Ros s Associates Inc).  The proposed project 
is for construction of a 10' x 40' addition to an e xisting dwelling and the upgrade/replacement 
of the onsite sewage disposal system.  The project is located at 30 Peninsula Drive . The 
hearing will be held on March 03, 2010, at 8:00 pm at the Ritter Memorial Building. 
 8:15 PM Pursuant to MGL ch 131, s 40 as amended and the Tow n of Lunenburg Wetlands 
Protection and Municipal Bylaws there will be a pub lic hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by 
Marcelino/Lioubov Chua.  The proposed project is fo r A 15' X 34' addition to an existing 
structure within the 100' buffer zone but outside t he 30' no touch zone.  The project is located 
at 4 Sunset Lane . The hearing will be held on March 03, 2010, at 8: 15 pm at the Ritter 
Memorial Building. 
8:30 PM ~ Pursuant to MGL ch 131, s 40 as amended and the Tow n of Lunenburg Wetlands 
Protection and Municipal Bylaws there will be a pub lic hearing on a Request for Determination 
of Applicability filed by Alan Legere.  The propose d project is for Remove existing (rotted) 4' X 
12' plywood shed, replace with a 15' X 8' shed adja cent to existing home with matching siding 
and window treatment.  Shed will follow roof line o f the house and will be on blocks and 
completely portable..  The project is located at 181 Peninsula Drive . The hearing will be held 
on March 03, 2010, at 8:30 pm at the Ritter Memoria l Building.
