7:00PM ~ 167 White Street ~ Pursuant to MGL ch 131, s 40 as amended and the Town of Lunenburg
Wetlands Protection and Municipal Bylaws there will be a public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by
Daniel Proctor of William R. Proctor, Inc. for Richard F/Irene A. Beaulac. The proposed project is for a
septic system upgrade. Standard Order of Conditions with appropriate plantings. Rob/Mark

1:15 PM ~ Off Pleasant & West Streets ~ CONTINUATION ~ Pursuant to MGL ch 131, s 40 as amended
and the Town of Lunenburg Wetlands Protection and Municipal Bylaws there will be a public hearing on a
Notice of Intent filed by EPG Solar, LLC. The proposed project is for construction of a Solar Photovoltaic
Farm within the existing farm field limits. There will be no change in the existing topography and no
grading or excavating within the field. Reviewed plantings and vegetation plans. The only grading &
excavating will be done on the access road and there will be some stump removal. Reviewed
correspondence from Pleasant Street residents. Hearing will be continued until April 18t, Public
discussion was closed. Jan & Matt were requested to come in on the 18th with the Order of
Conditions with all of the special conditions attached so that the Commission can review, approve
