PUBLIC COMMENT: 
HEARINGS: 
7:00 PM ~52 Hemlock Drive  ~ Pursuant to MGL ch 131, s 40 as amended and the Town of Lunenburg Wetlands Protection and Municipal  
Bylaws there will be a public hearing on a Notice o f Intent filed by Peter B. Lincoln.  The proposed p roject is for restoration of property, 
removal of undergrowth, trash, cement, metal, etc.  Replace rotted deck with smaller one within same f ootprint and install new plantings.  
Plan approved, plantings will be ornamental grasses, blueberry bushes and lady fern.  Unanimous  
7:15 PM ~ 42 Highland Street  ~ Pursuant to MGL ch 131, s 40 as amended and the Town of Lunenburg Wetlands Protection and 
Municipal Bylaws there will be a public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Matthew Robichaud (Doug  Smith, Soilsmith Designs).  The 
proposed project is for sewer work in buffer zone t o water body and wetlands.  Plan approved by DPW, explained to commission and 
approved.  Unanimous 
7:30 PM ~ 790-792 Massachusetts Avenue ~ would like to review initial plans  ~ went over proposed plans and the hearing will be 
September 17 th . 
8:00 PM ~ Village at Flat Hill Solar Project Presentation ~ Eric & Sheila Holt presented proposed plans for solar project
