7:00 PM ~ 380 Sunset Lane ~ CONTINUATION ~ ENFORCEMENT ORDER ~Amendment to Order of Conditions , DEP #208-1014 ~ 
remediation will involve erosion mat, plantings/veg etation, guard rail.  Amend OoC to extend wall in f ront of house to blend in with existing wall. 
New plan shows removal and replacement of timber wall with cemented stone masonry wall at water’s edge, relocated water access 
with removal of old stairs. Work near water will be done at or after drawdown.   Eight oak or maple trees to be planted at top of slope 
along with re-established wattles and silt fence at top and bottom of same.  Live stake dogwood to be planted at water edge along 
with seed and erosion control blankets on slope. Extend existing wall block base along road on slope.  Requested updated plan 
(received 9/3).  Amendment approved with updates.  Unanimous 
 
7:30 PM ~ Shirley Village Reservoir ~ CONTINUATION ~ Deliberations only  ~ Pursuant to MGL ch 131, s 40 as amended and the Town of 
Lunenburg Wetlands Protection and Municipal Bylaws there will be a public hearing on a Notice of Inten t filed by Joanna Bilotta-Simeone of 
Lake Shirley Improvement Corporation (Dominic Merin glo of Aquatic Control Technology LLC).  The propos ed project is for implementation of 
an integrated aquatic management program @ Lake Shi rley to monitor, assess and implement measures for control of nuisance aquatic 
vegetation and algae utilizing drawdown and USEAPA/ State registered aquatic herbicides and algaecides.   Lengthy discussion on Special 
Conditions.  Rich will type up final copy and e-mail out to everyone for finalization and approval at September 16 
th  meeting.   (update
