September 12, 2023
CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Deb Lincoln called the meeting to order at 9:37 am.

Guests Lunenburg Selectperson, Lou Franco & I.T. representative Dan Nadareski.
ANNOUNCEMENTS None
MINUTES APPROVAL Mr. Lincoln's motion was made & seconded to approve the August 2023 COA
minutes. All approved and motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Michele Beauvais was introduced as new COA Administrative Assistant.
CURRENT BUSINESS
1. Council On Aging Board Members Town Email Mr. Nadareski assisted members with
downloading Outlook onto their phones. He also assisted with difficulties accessing their email.
2. 100 Club- A person was contacted concerning the 100 Club. She declined an invitation to be
recognized publically. Discussion was made to possibly send her a certificate.
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Wednesday October 11, 2023 @ noon: Construction of the pavilion
has been delayed due to missing brackets. However, completion of the project is expected by
the end of September. The ceremony is still slated for October 11.
4. Lunenburg 300t Celebration: Pete Lincoln has been nominated as Chairperson. There will be an
upcoming meeting on Monday. A potential bonfire has been planned. However, there are
concerns over location. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
Discussion: Lunenburg Master Plan- No update.
6. Discussion: Lunenburg Senior Tax Relief - No update.
DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Capital Plan: Still in Facility Managers hands.
• Building & Grounds Report: Plans to have the rear door of the main function room made
pavilion.
