MINUTES APPROVAL Mr. Lincoln motioned to approve the April 9, 2024. Ms. DiGiacomo seconded the
motion. All approved and motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Nomination of Council on Aging Board Officers for FY25
Mr. Lincoln nominated Ms. Lincoln to continue as Chairperson. He also nominated Ms. Rabbitt as vice-chair.
This will be voted on at the June meeting.
2. Discussion Lunenburg Senior Tax Relief Article for November Special Town Meeting
The Senior Tax Relief Article passed overwhelmingly. Special thanks given to Mr. Jack Rabbit by Ms. Doherty
for his efforts.
CURRENT BUSINESS
1. Lunenburg Master Plan May 30th @ 6PM Smokestack Coffee Roasters
There will be a meeting at the Smokestack Coffee Roasters on 5/15/24 @ 5:30 pm. Ms. Lincoln will discuss
fine tuning previous results & presenting a new survey.
2. Council on Aging Board Members Town Email
No issues
3. Lunenburg 300" Celebration
Mr. Lincoln expressed his concern about the lack of town property to accommodate large gatherings. He
mentioned that a private citizen has offered use of his farm for town activities. Discussions were had
regarding any liability that the town may have for this.
Council on Aging Board Member Opening
There will be an opening for a new COA Board Member on 7/1/2024 for FY25.
DIRECTOR'S REPORT
• Capital Plan
Generator- The concrete pad for the generator still needs to be poured. The generator will not be
usable until September.
• Roof Repair - No report.
v Parking Lot - Plans & engineering are still needed for the parking lot. An email will be sent to Tom
Alonzo.
Building & Grounds Report
• Patio Completion Timeline - The patio should be completed by the end of June.
Bocce Court - Dave McDonald is working on building the sides of the bocce court.

UPCOMING EVENTS - Ms. Doherty reviewed the upcoming events for June and the remainder of May.
EAGLE HOUSE SUPPORTER'S REPORT - The Supporter's will have membership applications available at
the Classic Car Show on 5/22.
NOTICES & COMMUNICATIONS
Lunenburg Turkey Hill Family Lions Club - Ms. Doherty has been informed that the Lions Club will no longer
be hosting pancake breakfasts at the Eagle House.
BOARD COMMENT. Ms. Rabbitt commented that there may be a large turnout at the Town Meeting on 5/16.
She feels that anyone who has town water will wish to attend.

approved and the motion was carried. The meeting concluded at 10:37 am.
