Have the accepted and denied letters ready for the December meeting on the system to streamline the process. The Lunenburg Ledger is a good communication tool and will be used to solicit new members, events and inform the public about our mission. Brent will get a schedule of events together for FY 2013 and notify Council members so we can attend some of the events. The group discussed ramping up the activities of this Council. As an example, other towns in the area have fund raisers to increase the number and amounts of grants. This Council is in transition as some of the members have taken on other activities. All of the members offered help as needed. The group agreed to schedule the yearly meeting on the second Wednesday of December but make adjustments as needed each year. Next years meeting: December 11, 2013 at 7 PM. Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
