Public comment
Lamia Holden discussed putting the Arts Festival website together and briefly previewed the
progress. She suggested that council members take a look at a later time and offer suggestions.
Arts Festival Task Management
Entertainment- Will start to finalize a schedule of events
Bookkeeping/Finances- Update on current sponsorships
Coordination with town bodies- On agenda at BOS meeting for May 14", 2019 to request
Saturday entertainment license with waived application fee and present site plan. A Sunday entertainment
license has been applied for.
Marketing- $11.99 expenditure on Facebook ads
Other Logistics- With 47 applicants (46 booths) the jurying committee will begin the process of
jurying Arts Festival applicants. Discussion on festival volunteers will take place at a later meeting.
Set an agenda item on t-shirts for next meeting
