Finance Committee Appointing Committee 
Minutes of Meeting 
July 7, 2011 
 
Present:  David J. Matthews, Timothy J.  Murphy, David Reif 
Tim Murphy called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.  He advised the Committee that there were three- 
(3) openings on the Finance Committee, all for three- (3) year terms beginning July 1, 2011 and ending 
on June 30, 2014.  To date, only one candidate existed, that being Brian Laffond, a current member of 
the Finance Committee seeking reappointment. 
Mr. Matthews moved to appoint Brian Laffond to the Finance Committee for a term of July 1, 2011 – 
June 30, 2014.  The motion was seconded by Mr. Reif.  On vote, motion carried 3 in favor, 0 opposed. 
The Committee then discussed identification of potential members to fill the remaining vacancies.  Each 
member agreed to identify and contact potential candidates.  The Committee agreed to meet again 
once they had additional candidates to consider. 
Mr. Murphy adjourned the meeting at 7:17 p.m.
