The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. The Committee reviewed the two talent
bank applications. There is one opening on the Finance Committee.
It was addressed that there is a recent opening on the Capital Planning Committee, at-
large position.
The skill set for both committees would have some overlap.
The Committee interviewed Marc Luescher and Caroline Griffis. Both had excellent
qualifications.
It was voted to appoint Mare Luescher to the Finance Committee.
Thereafter the Moderator stated that he is the appointing authority for the Capital
Planning Committee, and would nominate Caroline Griffis to that Committee.
The meeting concluded at 6:10 p.m.
