MINUTES
The meeting was called to order at 6 :3 0  pm by the chair, Mr. Murphy
The agenda was reviewed
The only business of the committee was to interview, and consider the follow ing :
Jean Russell for re- appoint  to new term
Tanya Dall for re- appoint  for new term
At the conclusion of the interview of  Ms  Russell  Ms  Emkey made a motion to appoint M s. 
Russell to a full term  commencing July 1, 2025.  M r Yapp seconded .  The vote was 
unanimous. 
At the conclusion of the interview of  Ms  Dall  M r Yapp  made a motion to appoint Ms.  Dall  to
a full term  commencing July 1, 2025.  M s  Emkey  seconded.  The vote was unanimous.
M s  Emkey  made a motion to adjourn, seconded by M r. Yapp , voted unanimously .
The meeting concluded at 6:40
