1. Call to Order 
 
o Terri Burchfield, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.  
 
2. Public Comment:   
Tom Balish was introduced as one of the 2 new Committee members. 
 
3. Minutes: 
            C. Menard motioned to approve the minutes of 2/25/21, 3/4/21, 3/18/21 and                      
3/25/21.  P. Beardmore seconded, carried unanimously with Tom Balish not                       
voting. 
 
4. Motion to Adjourn 
Next meeting July 8, the Committee will reorganize.  
 
C. Menard motioned to adjourn at 7:15. J. Simeone seconded, carried 
unanimously.
