Present Members: Vice Chair Jean Russell, Clerk Tom Gray, Committee Member Mike

1. Call to Order 
  The meeting opened at 7:00 PM.

  There were no announcements. 
4. Public Comment 
  There were no comments from the public. 
5. Town Manager & Finance Director Reports 
  There were no reports from the Town Manager or the Finance Director.  
6. New Business 
  a. Town Finance Policies review and discussion 
   Majority of the Committee reviewed the finance policies document.  
   Tanya Dall believes the policies seem to be standard and enjoys that it  
  includes a forecasting element.

   ii. Culture and Recreation 
   iii. Health Services 
   iv. Health Insurance 
7. Old Business 
  a. Budget Request Forms 
   The budget season is anticipated to start in October. 
  b. Tri-Board Meetings 
  c. Analysis of historical school budget data

  There were no minutes to review. 
9. Committee Reports 
  Tom Gray states that the Municipal Building Design Committee met with the Select 
 Board, and the Committee is going to continue. Their next goal is to find a way to 
 renovate the Ritter building while being within budget.
