Blat, Greg Bither, Neal Sullivan, John Londa, Kelly Brown, Adam Burray 1. Meeting Called to order at 6:32 PM. No minutes were available to review/approve. 2. Review of new projects- J. Londa present a proposal for a new project lighting for Lunenburg Primary School and Turkey Hill Middle School which would be aimed at conversion of T8 fluorescent lighting to LED lighting tubes with removal of ballasts. J. Londa explained that he thought that the projects would have energy payback in the 6.7 year for Lunenburg Primary and 3.9 year payback for Turkey Hill after energy rebates. The proposed library project was discussed as not being able to be awarded to Guardian as they project needs to be competitively bid to be a useable bid. Kelly Brown of DOER confirmed that Guardian does not have the vendor status with Unitil that it has with National Grid and cannot undertake the project as proposed. 3. Review Grant Extension and new time table- Kelly Brown suggested that the Committee provide the information for the Re-Purpose Table and the DOER can get a quick turn around on approval of new projects. The committee voted to have J. Londa combines the two school projects and the town projects into a single Request for Proposal (RFP) with the Library and the Teen Center included as alternates. The committee will meet after the bids are received to approve the Repurpose table based upon the cost of the various projects. 4. Set date for next meeting- No meeting date was set for the next meeting. 5. Meeting adjourned at 7:38 PM. Respectfully Submitted,
